How to View Your Tickets

At any point, you can log into the DeepSea Support Portal and check all the tickets you have submitted and their corresponding status. To view your tickets, follow the below steps:


1. On Home page click either on the View all tickets or Tickets on the top right corner of the page, as shown below:



2. Each ticket will have a ticket number associated with each request, and a ticket status. You can filter, sort, or export your tickets by using the fields on the right, as shown below:



What does each ticket Status mean?

  1. Open - The ticket is being actively worked on by our support specialists. This is also the default status that every ticket gets when it is submitted.
  2. Pending - The ticket is pending when our support specialists are waiting feedback or more information from either you or a third party.
  3. Resolved - The ticket is resolved when our support specialists provide a solution.
  4. Closed - The ticket is closed when you confirm the resolution of your ticket based on the solution provided by our support specialists.
