We offer two ways to submit a support ticket. The recommended method is to visit the DeepSea support portal, log into the portal, and submit a ticket within the system, as per below:
- Navigate to https://deepsea.freshdesk.com/. Please enter your credentials and sign in.
- Click Submit a ticket (found at the top right corner).
- Under Get in Touch, select the ticket type you would like to submit and fill in the required fields.
- Depending on which ticket type is selected, different options will come up for additional fields to fill out. Be as granular as possible with the category of concern.
- Fill out a short summary and a detailed description of the ticket (if required).
- Attach any relevant files or screenshots.
- Click the Submit button.
The second method is to send an email following the instructions described in the Deepsea Offline Support Template.
Whichever method you may use, after submitting the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation, and the ticket will be assigned a unique ticket number. The support team will then review it and provide assistance based on the information provided.
