How to Create an Account

Introduction

This guide explains how to create an account that allows you to log in to the DeepSea Support Portal. With this account, you can raise new support tickets and manage your existing support cases.

How do I create an account on the DeepSea Support portal?

1. On the DeepSea Support Portal homepage, click the Sign up located at the upper-right corner of the page (see below).



2.You will be redirected to https://deepsea.freshdesk.com/support/signup. If you already have an account, you can click the Login here button to access support. If you do not have an account yet, click the Sign up for support portal.


3. Complete the required fields, Full name and Email, then click Register (see below). 



4. After registering, you will see a confirmation screen, and an activation email will be sent to the email address used during registration.


Please check your email for a message from the DeepSea Support Portal and follow the instructions to activate your account. If the email does not appear shortly, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
