Introduction
This article explains how to obtain an account whereby you can log in to the DeepSea Support Portal. You can use this account to raise new support tickets, and manage previously created support cases.

How do I create an account on the DeepSea Support portal?
1. On the DeepSea Support Portal home page, select Sign up in the upper-right corner of the page, as shown below:
2. This will direct you to https://deepsea.freshdesk.com/support/signup. If you already have an account, you can select the Login here button to access Support. If you do not yet have an account, you will see the Sign up for support portal, as displayed in the screenshot below.
3. Fill in the required fields Full name and Email and click on Register as displayed in the screenshot below.
4. Once you click Register, you will see a confirmation screen and an activation email will be sent to the email account you used to sign up.
5. Please be patient and watch your email account for an email from the DeepSea Support Portal for user activation. Once you receive it, follow the instructions to activate your user account.
